Jacki McGeechan
Jacki McGeechan is the Founding Director of Full Potential
Coaching. She has enjoyed a successful corporate Human
Resources career over the last 14 years. Jacki’s
passion for people and enhancing the human element in
a business has meant that stepping into coaching has
been a very natural progression.
Jacki’s time in the IT and Professional Services
industries focused on partnering with business leaders
to develop people strategies that truly had a positive
commercial impact on the business. Included in this were
major business transformations such as restructures,
global offshoring and global outsourcing programs as
well as development of reward, recognition and retention
strategies. In these roles she also coached and mentored
business leaders and their teams as well as managing
her own team of HR professionals. More recently Jacki
has consulted to a number of large organizations on Leadership
Capability Assessment and Development and cultural leadership
fit.
Jacki holds a very strong belief that the journey of
true leadership and personal growth is never ending.
Coaching is the key to empowerment as it has the power
to bring success at both a business and personal level.
It is accepted that every elite athlete or sporting team
needs a coach to be number 1. Why are you and your business
any different and how will you reach your full potential?
Jacki has a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences) degree
from Sydney University majoring in Psychology and Industrial
Relations, a Graduate Diploma of Employment Relations
(with Distinction) from the University of Technology.
Jacki is an NLP Practitioner and is an accredited user
of the Extended DISC behavioural profiling tool. Jacki
has completed her Certificate IV in Life Coaching and
is currently completing a Diploma of Executive Coaching..
